Refund policy
RETURNS
You have the right to return products within 14 days of receiving them. After this period, we will be unable to offer refunds or exchanges.
A refund will only be processed once the product has been returned to the address listed below. Returned products must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of the store receiving the returned product.
To initiate a return, please complete the Return Form below and email it to kontakt@quicklaces.pl with the subject line – “Withdrawal from Agreement”.
The cost of returning the product is the responsibility of the customer. If the products you are returning exceed the value of 125.00 PLN or 25 EUR, you should consider using a tracked shipping method or purchasing additional insurance. The store is not responsible for shipments that are lost during return transit if the customer does not use registered shipping.
Returns do not apply to:

COMPLAINTS
- Warranty and the right of withdrawal do not apply if the product is affected by mechanical damage from external sources. Therefore, always inspect the package and product for shipping damage before accepting delivery. In case of product damage during transport, inform the courier immediately and do not accept the package. Then contact the seller for a replacement or refund.
- The complaint procedure begins when the customer submits a complaint by emailing a description of the issue and the reason for the complaint to kontakt@quicklaces.pl.
- The Customer Service Department verifies the complaint, informs the customer of its acceptance, and assigns a complaint number. Each complaint is handled individually, and our employee will propose the next steps.
- Complaints will be processed within a maximum of 14 days from the date of receipt of the product.
- All transportation costs associated with returns/exchanges or complaints are borne by the customer. We do not accept cash-on-delivery packages or shipments sent at our expense.
EXCHANGES
We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you wish to exchange a product, please notify us by sending an email to kontakt@quicklaces.pl. In your message, describe the product defect and include photos or a video recording.
