For agreements involving a subscription or ongoing provision of services, the final (total) price includes all recurring payments for the billing period.
Where the nature of the subject of the Agreement does not allow for a reasonable calculation of the final price in advance, information about how the price will be calculated, as well as shipping, delivery, postal, and other costs, will be provided in the Product description in the Store.

VIII. Fulfillment of the Sales Agreement
The Sales Agreement between the Customer and the Seller is concluded upon submission of the Order via the Order Form in the Store.
Upon receiving the Order, the Seller promptly confirms its receipt and simultaneously accepts it for processing. Confirmation and acceptance are sent to the Customer via email to the address provided during checkout. This email includes at minimum:
-
A statement confirming Order receipt,
-
Acceptance of the Order for processing, and
-
Confirmation of the Sales Agreement.
At the moment the Customer receives this confirmation email, the Sales Agreement is deemed concluded.
Product delivery is carried out within the European Union only.
The Seller's Order processing time is up to 4 business days, depending on the selected delivery method.
IX. Right of Withdrawal
The Consumer has the right to withdraw from the Sales Agreement within 14 days without providing any reason.
The withdrawal period begins:
-
From the date the Consumer or a third party (other than the carrier) receives the Product;
-
If the Agreement covers multiple Products delivered separately – from the receipt of the last Product;
-
For subscriptions or recurring deliveries – from the receipt of the first item.
Withdrawal must be declared by submitting a written statement to the Seller. Sending the statement before the deadline suffices for meeting the time requirement.
The statement may be submitted:
-
Electronically via email to the Seller,
-
Via the Store website,
-
Optionally using the model form provided in Appendix 1 to these Terms and Conditions or the annex to the Polish Consumer Rights Act (not mandatory).
Upon receiving the withdrawal notice electronically, the Seller shall promptly confirm receipt by email.
If the Consumer withdraws from the Distance Agreement, the Agreement shall be considered void.
The Seller shall refund all payments made by the Consumer (including delivery costs) within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notice, excluding additional delivery charges exceeding the least expensive delivery option offered.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used by the Consumer unless expressly agreed otherwise without incurring additional costs.
The Seller may withhold the refund until the Product has been returned or proof of return is provided.
The Consumer shall return the Product without undue delay, no later than 14 days from notifying the Seller of withdrawal. The deadline is met if the item is sent before the 14-day period expires.
The Consumer bears the direct costs of returning the Product and any additional return costs if the Product, due to its nature, cannot be returned by standard postal means.
The Consumer is liable for diminished value resulting from using the Product in a way other than necessary to determine its nature, features, and functionality. Products showing signs of use beyond ordinary inspection are not eligible for return.
The right to withdraw does not apply to agreements:
-
For custom-made Products tailored to the Consumer’s specifications,
-
For sealed goods that are unfit for return due to health or hygiene reasons if the seal is broken after delivery,
-
For perishable goods or those with a short shelf life,
-
Where the service has been fully provided with the Consumer’s prior explicit consent and acknowledgment of losing the right to withdraw,
-
Where the price depends on market fluctuations beyond the Seller's control,
-
Where the goods, by their nature, are inseparably mixed with other items,
-
For alcoholic beverages delivered more than 30 days after contract conclusion,
-
For audio/video recordings or software delivered in sealed packaging that was opened after delivery,
-
For newspapers, periodicals, or magazines (excluding subscriptions),
-
For digital content not stored on a physical medium, if performance began with the Consumer’s consent before the withdrawal deadline.
X. Complaints and Warranty
The Sales Agreement applies exclusively to new Products.
In the event of defects in purchased goods, the Customer is entitled to submit a complaint in accordance with provisions of the Polish Civil Code regarding statutory warranty (rękojmia).
Warranty liability is excluded in contracts with Entrepreneurs.
Complaints should be submitted in writing or electronically using the contact details provided in these Terms or the complaint form available in the Store.
A complaint should ideally include:
-
A brief description of the defect,
-
Circumstances and date of its occurrence,
-
Customer’s contact details,
-
The Customer’s request related to the defect (repair, replacement, price reduction, or withdrawal from contract).
The right to file a complaint is valid for 2 years from the date of Product delivery. Complaints will be reviewed within 14 days of receipt.
Failure to respond within this period implies acceptance of the complaint.
XI. Personal Data in the Online Store
The administrator of Customers’ personal data collected via the Store is the Seller.

Data may be shared with:
