WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Orders are shipped directly from Poland using DPD or InPost couriers. Standard order processing time is 1-2 business days to dispatch the order. Delivery takes an additional 3-4 business days after dispatch depending on the delivery country within EU. 

WHERE ARE ORDERS SHIPPED FROM?
All orders are dispatched from our warehouse located in Poland.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED OR LOST DURING SHIPPING?
All shipments are insured. If your package is delayed, returned, or lost, please contact us via the contact form. While we have no control over courier operations, thanks to shipment insurance, we’ll promptly resend your order or provide a refund.
